Caleb founded Wayfarer with Mohammad in 2026 and continues to lead the agency from its original office in Waipa. He remains directly involved in client service, personally overseeing complex bookings and ensuring every detail meets the agency's standards.

With extensive travel experience throughout Aotearoa, Caleb has developed a strong network of industry relationships that benefit every client engagement. He holds a Travel Agent & Consultancy Training Certification.

He specialises in New Zealand and has good knowledge in the broader Oceania region, offering in-depth destination knowledge for travellers seeking authentic local experiences.

Mohammad brings a meticulous, client-focused approach to every itinerary they design. Their background includes senior experience at Destination Discoveries, an Akbar Travels franchise based in the Middle East.

Born in the Middle East, Mohammad offers first-hand regional expertise that informs tailored travel solutions for clients exploring this part of the world. They also work across Aotearoa and international destinations, ensuring seamless, personalised journeys.
